Also, while it is tempting to save on costs by using your employees as movers, it is not advised. Think about it this way. Your business probably involves very little manual labor. That means your employees will not have been trained in lifting heavy objects. While it may seem simple to lift something the right way, a lot can go wrong. If it does, you will be looking at a rather large personal injury lawsuit from your employees. It is best not to risk it.

Clean Up Crew
If you are moving out of a rented property you have to make sure it is in the same condition it was when you moved in. Otherwise you can be charged by your landlord for property damage or cleaning bills. If you have a big company with a big office, this can end up costing you a fortune. It is better to think ahead and hire a vacate cleaning company. This way your landlord will not be able to say that you have left the office in a state of disrepair.

Although this may seem unnecessarily complex, you should be attempting to set up your new office before you move out of the old one. That means organizing internet installation and make sure that you have a network. Otherwise, you could lose days or even weeks of profit.
