Creative Ideas for Your Lifetime Bucket List

Creative Ideas for Your Lifetime Bucket List-Chispa MagazineWhen you hit your 30s, you suddenly think of various things that you might regret in life. There might be opportunities that you wish you could have followed through with. There might be things you wish you had done differently. It doesn’t do too well to think about the past and focus on regrets, though. You need to move on and learn from the past. So, one of the best things to do is to think about the things you can now start to do. A bucket list or life list is a great idea. It seems that when you hit a certain age, you realize that life is too short, and there are things that you need to make happen. But, what kinds of things should you include on a bucket list?

There might be once-in-a-lifetime things that you want to tick off the list. These experiences could be things like skydiving or bungee jumping. Anything that gives an adrenaline rush might be perfect for your bucket list. What about race car driving or swimming with sharks?

You might want to make some changes to yourself. Some people decide to change their hair color (even if it is just temporary). Some people might decide it is time to have LASIK surgery on their eyes, or even plastic surgery. If there has always been something you have wanted to do to your appearance, then it could be added to the list.

There might be physical activities you might have always wanted to try. How about running a color run or taking part in a triathlon? Life is too short to think about things that you wish you would have done. It is a good idea to think about the places that you wish you could have visited. If there is a country that you have dreamt of visiting, then it is time to start saving for it. You don’t want to miss out on some experiences, just because you never got around to doing them.

When you physically write out a list of things that you want to do, it helps you so much more. You become more accountable for them, so they are more likely to be achieved. It is a good idea to share your list with friends and family as they can think about ways they can help you to achieve them. So if you can, write or type it all out. Then you could have a constant reminder of the things that you want to achieve.
