You don’t need to be an expert in it, as the whole point is to do something that you find enjoyable and puts a smile on your face.

Everyone has certain bad habits that they develop over time. For some, it could be biting their nails, or letting other people’s negativity ruin your day, or even week. The very first step is to realize what your bad habits are, and then consider what you can do to change things around.
