When cutting out the junk food, you should swap it for healthier alternatives. Fruit, vegetables, lean meat, superfoods, and so on—it doesn’t take much imagination to come up with food that is good for you. Suppress your hunger. Cutting out the junk food is one thing, but this doesn’t really help if you always have that constant hungry feeling.
