It gives you something to motivate you as it’s an investment in your fitness, even if it’s as simple as a new pair of scrunch leggings. New equipment can also give you something new to learn and get to grips with, so that can act as a valuable source of motivation for you as well.
Focus on You and Don’t Compare Yourself to Others
When working on your fitness, you’re the only one that matters. There’s never any value in comparing yourself to other people or getting down about why you’re not doing as well as someone else. Your own results and outcomes are personal to you and you’ll find it easier to get motivated if you focus on yourself and don’t worry as much about what anyone else may or may not be doing.
