Beauty is so relative concept and you naively may think that human beauty is just a level of attractiveness. That’s not exactly true.
Most people, if you ask them what they think beautiful about a person perhaps will start to describe the perfect physical appearance to them something like dark or fair long hair, big eyes, thin lips, long legs and so on. It very rarely goes something like: “Kindness, tolerance, honesty, sensitivity makes someone really beautiful”. Unfortunately, a lot of people live without seeing the difference between inner and outer beauty or take care only of their appearance, forgetting that our body is just a vessel and the true beauty is in this vessel.
Our outer beauty comes from our parents—mother and father. But our inner beauty comes from our life experience, it is the growth of consciousness. Here`s the first difference between these two completely different notions. Let’s not forget that our outer beauty will not be necessarily the reflection of the inner and the internal appearance won’t always correspond with the external one.
Now some of us believe that beauty fades over the ages and do all they can to prevent this. Those people who think so really lose their beauty getting older. And vice versa those who realize that beauty is something that we can`t see, measure and touch with the physical eye not only save but also improve their beauty over the ages. Therein lies the main difference between the external and internal appearance. As the inner depends only on us—our self-instruction and self-improvement, but the outer everyone can improve today with the help of plastic surgery, a qualified beautician, an amazing tattoo design etc.
A skilled plastic surgeon can make your face and body beautiful, but he can’t improve your sense of humor or correct the level of anger and greed.
A good beautician can smooth out the wrinkles on your face or prevent sunspots and skin pigmentation but she can`t take out all violence and jealousy from your soul.
You’re looking for a cool tattoo among the gorgeous butterfly tattoo ideas or cute teddy bear tattoo designs lying to yourself that such tattoo will improve your character and you will be so tender and pretty like a butterfly or so lovely like a teddy bear. Perfectly ridiculous. The tattoo can decorate your body, it can hide a scar on the skin, but it can`t hide ignorance, intolerance and rudeness.
So, if you’re interested in this issue remember that everyone has physical and spiritual side or appearance. Stop worrying about your outer beauty so much (of course, you must keep up your appearance, but – everything in moderation) and think how important it is to cultivate your inner beauty to be truly a beautiful person.
